PAL SYSTEMS INC

At PAL SYSTEMS INC, our mission is simple and specific:
To restore clarity and courage to the practice of medicine by designing tools, systems, and structures that help every participant — patient, provider, or planner — succeed in the mission of healing.

Success is defined as this:
Clear purpose.
Measured progress.
Shared accountability.
And care that honors both the science of the body and the meaning of the soul.

Our method is rooted in decades of operational practice.

We apply a structured Five-Line Order to everything we build:

  1. Mission – What are we trying to accomplish, and how do we define success?

  2. Situation – What risks must we mitigate, and what resources are available to us?

  3. Essential Tasks (METLs) – What tasks must be done to align resources against those risks and achieve the mission?

  4. Communication – Who must be informed, and how will information flow (primary and back-up)?

  5. Transport – How do we move people, plans, or care forward — and how do we recover if the primary path fails?

  6. Analysis – What metrics matter, and how do we know we’re succeeding?

  7. Documentation – What have we learned, and how well did we do?

  8. Recommendations & Action Plan – What do we improve next, and how?

We pair this with a daily discipline of Evidence-Based Thinking:

  1. What is the right question?

  2. Where do we find accurate, valid information?

  3. How do we confirm it’s true?

  4. How do we measure the effects of acting on it?

This framework shapes everything we create — including:

  • FENTON’S WAY – A fractal, human-centered approach to organizing care and communication using Four Essential Questions.

  • FENTON’S COLLEAGUE – A neural-network based digital system that supports — never replaces — the wisdom of thoughtful human beings.

  • All our tools, books, worksheets, and implementation pilots — designed to serve not the system, but the human mission within it.

We do this work with a steady respect for the complexity of the mind — and the mystery beyond it.

The structure of our systems draws from neuroscience, systems theory, and combat medicine — but also reflects a deeper truth observed by thinkers throughout history:
There is a power greater than ourselves.
And our work is at its best when it remembers that.

We serve that greater purpose by helping people think clearly in the chaos — and live well within their mission.

Welcome to PAL SYSTEMS INC.
This is where the mission begins.
